SHIPPING POLICY



  • Currently we take very minimal charge for delivery within Jabalpur.

  • Delivery of Product would be done in 7-10 days.

  • Customer would be intimated of delivery status and timings in advance by the Customer Experience Team.

  • Product is delivered and set up by our in-house Rentoll team led by the Rentoll Customer Relationship Manager.

  • We adhere strictly to our delivery time lines confirmed earlier by our in-house Customer Care team. In rare instances when delivery is delayed, we inform our customers two hours in advance for any delay.

  • Maximum two delivery attempts shall be made by Rentoll then the order would be rejected.

  • In case, Customer is not present at location at the time of delivery, he/she shall appoint a representative (give an authorisation letter) for taking the delivery of Products and same shall be communicated to Rentoll prior to delivery.

  • Rentoll shall inspect the quality and ensure that the products are working and in usable condition before the delivery of the Products to the Customer.

  • The Customer shall inspect the Products at the time of delivery for any damage and quality. In case, Product is damaged or unfit for use, Rentoll shall replace the same at its own cost and in case replacement is not required, such damage shall be noted in the delivery receipt and a photo of the same shall be taken for record.

  • In case, any claim of the damage is brought against the Product after the acceptance of delivery by the Customer, Rentoll shall not be responsible towards replacing the Product and shall levy a damage as per the damage policy.
